Heritage Commission is tasked with the advancement and conservation of the heritage sector. This involves the development of laws pertaining to heritage and its preservation. These efforts include proposing a strategy for the heritage sector within the context of the National Strategy for Culture. Furthermore, the Commission monitors the implementation of this strategy following approval by the Ministry. Additionally, the Commission suggests draft laws and regulations essential to its functions and proposes amendments to existing ones as necessary.
